Today our little sweetheart turns one. I can still remember the first time we laid eyes on her, exactly at this time, one year ago. How fast time flies. It's been an amazing one year and we wouldn't have it any other way.

| I'm not a baker but I wanted to make an effort for this special occasion. The biscuit base was too hard and the cream cheese didn't form well cos I had too little gelatine added. It didn't taste too bad though! |
